Andy Medlock, Assistant Director of Customer Services, Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman "I’ll come straight to the point: advocacy works. We know this because here at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman we see how every day it helps people to bring their complaints to us. We know this because we have been speaking to many people about what they expect from our service, and this quickly reinforced the important role of advocacy in helping people to use our service."
