Alzheimers Dementia Support Training

28/05/2017

Alzheimers Dementia Support is a local charity which offers constructive practical guidance and a wide range of services to help people in the local community whose lives are directly or indirectly affected by Dementia.

"We strive to make a difference by helping those affected cope better whilst giving them the opportunity to experience a little joy and laughter in their difficult lives.

We provide services such as Drop-In centres, Singing for Pleasure, Lunch clubs, Tea Dance & much more within the area (Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough, Langley, Ascot). They are always relaxed settings with plenty of tea and cake to enjoy while being surrounded by individuals in a similar position who focus on positive and what is still possible.

As a charity we strongly believe that every individual can live well with dementia, which starts with spreading awareness of the diseases and then enhance people's knowledge and understanding. We provide this through comprehensive and affordable training."
