Could you spare some of your time to help others during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Firstly, we will ask you to complete a DBS check. Once this is completed we will be in touch about the tasks you are willing to complete and your availability.

If you have any questions prior to completing this form, please contact us.

Your information will only be used as part of the community response during the COVID-19 pandemic.

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into effect on 25th May 2018. This updated legislation means we have to ask everyone who gives us identifiable details to ‘opt in,’ for us to be able to hold your details on our Healthwatch Bracknell Forest database. Your information will only be used for volunteering to help aid a community response.
