Bracknell Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults (CMHTOA) along with The Ark Trust are pleased to announce that we are working collaboratively to host twice yearly Dementia Forums. The forums are an opportunity to learn more about community services that support people with dementia and their family members. It is also an opportunity to have your say and help shape local services.
