Healthwatch Bracknell Forest were invited to the Bracknell Dementia Forum. The forum was attended by carers for People with Dementia and the cared for along with various service providers.

A summary of our Enter and View visit to Bracknell Care Home, where we spoke to residents, relatives and staff. Our visit focused on independence and choice. We have shared with commissioners and CQC.
