What Matters Most 2023

Every Spring we decide which areas we should focus our work on over the coming year. We base this on feedback we’ve had from local people and on the priorities of local health and care services.

We have prepared a short survey with a list of the topics you have contacted us about over the last year. We would like you to look at these and tell us which you think are most important to you and why. We don’t have the resources to work on all of them so your feedback will help us to decide which ones to focus on.

We value the support that the NHS and social care services provide, but they need to hear from the people who use their services about how they can be improved. The survey is anonymous – you do not have to say who you are, and we will not identify you. It only takes a few minutes to complete.

Our survey will be open until 31st March 2023 . If you would like a copy of this survey in another format or language, or would prefer to speak to someone about this, please contact us on 0300 0120184 or at info@healthwatchbracknellforest.co.uk.

You can also email this link to any family, friends or colleagues, share on your social media or just let people know it’s available. The more people we hear from, the more we know we are focusing our efforts on the things that matter most to our local communities.
