We visited Haldane House as part of our Enter and View programme, in March 2025. We focused on independence and choice and this report outlines our findings and the recommendations we have made to the care home.

Following our Enter and View to Haldane House in March 2024 we revisited in December 2024 and were pleased with the changes they had made following our recommendations. The clearer signage, smaller dining tables and new clocks had benefited residents and staff and the new owners have also started a major improvement programme. We felt these changes also contributed to a more positive atmosphere in the home.
