What Matters Most Survey
18/03/2021
As we are a newly formed Healthwatch service (covering Ascot, Bracknell Forest, Maidenhead, Slough and Windsor) we need your help to shape our priorities for 2021. We want to hear your views on the health and social care services you have been using in the past 12 months and how your experience has been. We are keen to hear both good and not so good experiences, so please share this with us. We are keen to know:
What areas do you think we - as the independent champions for health and social care locally - should focus on over the next year?
What views do you have on the way services are being run, now and for the future?
What has been the biggest support to your health and wellbeing in the past 12 months?
What goals would you like to achieve in relation to your health and wellbeing this year? How can we help you to achieve these goals?
We are keen to hear from as many people as possible across East Berkshire so that we gain an accurate picture of how health and social care services are performing for individuals. The more people we reach, the better idea we have of where to focus our priorities.
All the responses we receive will be used to compile a report which will help to shape our work going forward. This report will be shared publicly with those who have the power to make positive change.
You can complete our survey below or contact our Hub on 0300 0120184 where someone can assist you. The survey is available in English, Urdu, Polish and Punjabi.
