Through the Pandemic – Bracknell Forest Annual Report 2020 - 2021

In January 2020, Healthwatch Bracknell Forest followed up research we had undertaken in 2018 as to whether recipients of domiciliary care provided by Watershed were happy with their services.

This report forms the response from the Frimley area to the NHS Long Term Plan and is based on a survey of 1,477 people.

Healthwatch Bracknell Forest conducted an unannounced Enter and View visit, as part of a planned set of visits looking at the care provided, specifically around how the homes are able to support residents with additional needs.

This survey was completed as GP Services, particularly access to and ability to make an appointment at a convenient time and in a timely manner, remains the topic Healthwatch Bracknell Forest receives the most feedback on.

Healthwatch Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead (WAM) in close collaboration with Healthwatch Buckinghamshire, Slough, Wokingham, Bracknell Forest, Hampshire and Surrey, wanted to hear from local people who had experienced being discharged from hospital.
