Through the Pandemic – Bracknell Forest Annual Report 2020 - 2021

Since COVID-19 struck, the work of the Healthwatch network to support and listen to local people became more crucial than ever. Find out more in Healthwatch England's 2019-20 annual report to Parliament about how we have helped make care better.

In January 2020, Healthwatch Bracknell Forest followed up research we had undertaken in 2018 as to whether recipients of domiciliary care provided by Watershed were happy with their services.

This report forms the response from the Frimley area to the NHS Long Term Plan and is based on a survey of 1,477 people.

Healthwatch Bracknell Forest conducted an unannounced Enter and View visit, as part of a planned set of visits looking at the care provided, specifically around how the homes are able to support residents with additional needs.
